  • You are welcome to bring a picture of eyelash extension set you would like to get. You can always consult and collaborate with our stylist to customize a design for your eye shape or the type of look you are looking for.

  • When your natural lashes shed, your extension attached to each natural lash will fall off with it. To maintain your look, we recommend a refill appointment every two weeks.

  • During your appointment, your existing lashes will be assessed in order to determine how much will need to be added, replaced, refreshed and fluffed!

  • In order to preserve the integrity of your natural lashes, we recommend that you remove your extension by a professional.

  • We recommend every two weeks for the best result and consistency. You must have more than 40% of your last eyelash extensions. Waiting too long to book your appointment may result in paying for a full set of lash extensions.

  • It is not ideal for a client who has little eyelashes or weak lashes to receive eyelash extensions. For these clients, we highly recommend strengthening their natural lashes by applying a lash serum before receiving the service.
